We are excited to have you join us at Makoa Art Retreat. If you are an artist looking to move your talents to the next level while having unmatched, high-quality experience on the Big Island of Hawaii, this is the retreat for you. Think of it as an art safari. You will be visiting amazing locations, including an active volcano, waterfalls, dramatic Pacific coastlines, botanic gardens, and funky villages.

 

If you like we can book your stay in one of our selected hotels/inns at different price points. We will also handle your Hilo Airport pick up and drop off or we can assist with rental cars, if you prefer to have one. Some of our artist guests also travel on to the resorts of Kona, where they relax and explore the wonders of that side of the island, just 90 minutes away.
